  • Daily monitoring of our yarded logs
  • Optimized head rig, edger, and trim saw
  • Random saw-quality checks throughout the day
  • Computerized quality check and tally system feeding our green sorter
  • NHLA lumber inspections after computerized tally at our green sorter
  • Consistent monitoring of lumber on our drying yards
  • Lignomat controls in all of our 2.3 million board feet of dry kilns
  • NHLA lumber inspections for kiln-dried material
  • Random packaging and tally quality control checks before placing bundles in inventory
  • Final quality control check before our lumber is loaded for our customers
